We advise on and act for various parties on all types of property
related transactions ranging from project development of commercial
and residential sites to end-users' sale and purchase of commercial
and residential properties (including bank mortgages) to tenancy
agreements and related work;

We specialise in conveyancing work in relation to development
of 3-storeys houses in the New Territories, especially in the Tai
Po and Sai Kung area; we have a branch office in Sai Kung to facilitate
the provision of our services;

We handle negotiations and modifications in government leases
and grants, and land resumption matters;

| (d) |
For the efficient handling of our land transactions, we have installed
the Direct Access System ("DAS") a computer on-line link-up
with the Land Registry's land registration computer system, for the
purpose of fast searches and processing of landed properties in Hong
Kong.

We subscribe to e-stamping service with the Inland Revenue Department
which enable us to submit a stamping application, make payment and
obtain a stamp certificate via the Internet. |
